Sizzle is designed a tool for Mac OS X 10.2 and later that helps in the creation of reasonably basic, no-frills DVD Video discs. Sizzle takes MPEG-2 video and combines it with either MPEG Layer-II ("MP2") or Dolby Digital ("AC3") audio to create a disc image that can be burned to a recordable DVD or CD with a program like Disc Copy or Roxio Toast.
